Jason is a visionary leader with a passion for emergent technologies. He has a proven track record of identifying early-stage, high-growth technology markets and executing business as a first-mover.
He co-founded one of the first internet companies in the UK, which won a global award delivering to an international blue-chip client base.
His background is in designing electronic, computer and software systems for the oil & aerospace industries.
Jason holds a 1st Class MEng (Hons) from Aston University.
Jason is a regular speaker at events and AI panels including: Milken Global Conference, China Britain AI Summit, 4YFN, Unbound, DigitalK, Pitch@Palace and the Lisbon Investment Summit.
Dr GEORGE CEVORA
Chief Data Scientist
George obtained his PhD in Cognitive Science and Neuro-computational Modelling from the University of Cambridge.
His expertise includes deriving and inverting complex statistical models, application of various machine learning paradigms and deployment of web applications for large-scale data collection.
George has been the recipient of multiple awards and is a regular speaker at global conferences on the issues of cognitive science and neuro-computational modelling.
Dr IAN BAILEY
Chief Technology Officer
Ian’s PhD at Brunel University was the design of a fourth generation mapping / ETL language.
He is a recognised industry expert in enterprise scale data architecture.
Ian was technical lead for both the MOD and NATO Enterprise Architecture Frameworks.
He was elected a Fellow of IET in 2010, Fellow of BCS in 2011 and a Fellow of IMechE in 2013.
Ian holds a PhD in Computer Science.
Head of Research
Bob is a researcher and lecturer in MSc Advanced Computer Science at The University of Birmingham.
He is one of the managers of the University’s HCI (Human Computer Interaction) Centre and the Deputy Director of CERCIA (Centre of Excellence in Research in Computational Intelligence & Applications) which is a research and knowledge transfer organisation specialising in nature-inspired computation.
Bob’s Computer Science department were ranked No.1 in the UK according to The Guardian’s League Table in 2014.
Bob co-created the original illumr software and has overseen all research to-date.
Jat’s background is in Sales and Marketing.
He is currently a Senior Executive at Fujitsu in charge of Retail.
Jat was previously in charge of Strategy and Innovation in the Office of the Global CTO at Fujitsu.
Prior to Fujitsu, he co-founded a venture in Human Capital Management software which was successfully sold to Oracle.
Jat holds a BSc (Hons) from Brunel University.
North American Liaison
Stacy originally co-founded DS3 DataVaulting, a pioneering company in the Backup-as-a-Service space.
As President, he led DS3 through a successful acquisition by Terremark in 2009.
He remained with Terremark through their acquisition by Verizon in 2011.
After the acquisition, Stacy ran Sales for Terremark’s Federal Division. He left Terremark in 2013 to join Virtustream. As VP Sales at Virtustream, he helped lead its acquisition by EMC for $1.2Bn
Stacy is based in Washington and holds a BA from The University of North Carolina.

Nick is the founder of DataSift, the real-time social media data-filtering platform.
He also founded TweetMeme, the leading platform delivering social news, which quickly built an audience of millions in over 30 countries, and created the now famous ‘retweet’ button.
Nick is a regular speaker at events such as TechCrunch Disrupt, Le Web, Future of Web Apps, The Next Web and Strata and has spoken at SXSW and FOWA.
He was recently named one of Financial Times 50 Top Tech entrepreneurs in Europe.
Dr RANA GHOSH-ROY

Rana is the Director of Analytics & Information Management for Deloitte.
He was previously Director of the Global Data and Analytics and Insights Lab at KPMG. He then joined IBM as a Partner in GBS, leading the Financial Sector in Europe for Cognitive and Analytics. He is currently at Deloitte, leading the AI/ML offering within the Consulting AIM practice across all sectors.
Rana is pleased to be part of Illumr as he firmly believes that Illumr is probably the only platform that is truly capable of creating an unbiased hypothesis.

Hanadi is the Founder and Executive Director of the Entrepreneurship Centre at the Cambridge Judge Business School.
She is also a Director of HRH The Duke of York’s Pitch@Palace Global Initiative.
Hanadi is often invited as a guest speaker on forums, debates and conferences on the topic of entrepreneurship.
In 2016 her work to support entrepreneurs earned her recognition as one of the Maserati100.
